This is a case where we were consulted about a situation where a fusuma (sliding door) got stuck in the chute section of a screw conveyor, causing the level gauge to malfunction. We were asked if there was anything that could be done. Since fusuma can indeed be troublesome, we decided to lend them a product for testing. The sticking started about 200mm from the bottom of the level gauge, so we installed the product in that area and conducted a test. The results were good! They adopted it immediately. Additionally, they later introduced a controller for automation.
